He was poked, and that generally infuriated him. Fingers under the lapels he glanced at his elder form with a brief brow raise.
The Doctor didn't waste a further moment as his chest puffed out and promptly snatched the flash drive from his elder self. “Let's get cracking?” A puzzled look ventured in the direction toward Emilie, pondering if the poor girl had absorbed such terminology. “Let's get cracking! Might I ponder whom obtains the novelty, then, hmm?” A short smile followed, and then the Elder Doctor had soon wandered off to see if other incarnations of himself had appeared.
“Right! This flash drive...” The Doctor paced a few moments, slapping the flash drive between his palms at the base of his spine. He soon paused in thought at the desk. “...Emilie. Do press the pedal beneath that desk”. He quickly paced a few steps toward it. “Aha. Yes! Observational yet not to those who choose to seek it.. the computer will raise up, Emilie. Press the pedal!”

Note, Coat of Many Colours Doctor is not a fan of all of his future self's linguistic patterns. He seemed to make that quite clear.
“Let's get cracking! Might I ponder whom obtains the novelty, then, hmm?"
"Typically you," Emilie responded with a straight face that only melted into a smile after his expression did.
She was slow in responding to his directives at first - mostly on account of not having even noticed the pedal under the desk before - but that was soon fixed. Pressing it (twice since he had felt the need to tell her twice), her eyes gleamed in triumph as the computer did precisely what the Doctor had intended.
The question would be whether it would require something obnoxious like a log in code.

“Hmm?” Replied the Doctor with a brow quirk. He often forgot dear Emilie had met all of his past and future incarnations – as a matter of fact she probably knew more about him than himself. Suddenly he jumped to action when the computer appeared, popping up like a sewing machine under a table.
He scuttled around the computer looking for the USB port and found it at the front of the computer. He connected the pair, and instantly the computer came to life. It whirred and groaned, indicating some age.
“I do hope my elder self hasn't encountered other mes aboard this ship”, he mentioned when a log in screen came flashing across the monitor for a second. “Hm, odd. It's as if the computer has overridden the encryption”. Seconds later, a series of blueprints appeared.
The Doctor leaned over Emilie and started to type on a keyboard which popped out from the monitor. The language on the keyboard took the Doctor about a second to figure out, as he managed to bring up the main blueprint.
“Interesting,” he said as he stepped back and rubbed his chin. “Interesting yet brilliant. Dastari was attempting to not only improve the intelligence of the Androgyms, but he was hoping to pass on this technology to other unintelligent life forms, almost as if he wanted to generate a new race all together... but why?”

"Why do you think?"
The Eleventh Doctor returned, no one behind them, they were quite obviously safe to move about and not expect any other Doctors to pop in on them.
"I'd say, it's the exact same reason that Davros created the Daleks." The Doctor slipped his hands back into his pockets, "To create the next 'superior' race. Violent or not, the principle is exactly the same." Having nearly been turned into an Androgym himself, The Doctor could remember well.
He cleared his throat before saying, "The coast is clear, it appears that none of our other incarnations will be making an appearance today, just you, Emilie and myself."

“I do hope my elder self hasn't encountered other mes aboard this ship”
“So do I,” Emilie agreed emphatically, clearly feeling that having to deal with two was more than enough.
Normally, Emilie was more than happy to meet other versions of the Doctor, and would not have batted an eyelash if all of his past selves made an appearance. The Valeyard had changed that. She was terrified, and worse, she was afraid of her friend.
Death had a way of doing that.
Which was not to say that Emilie was overly uncomfortable around Six. If anything, the fact he was a younger version of her friend made him feel safer. There were that many centuries before he could possibly become the man who had tried to kill her, even if that man was not the Doctor proper.
Unconsciously, Emilie took a half step closer to Six at the sudden entrance of another person. The fact that it was only her friend did not actually change her stance any.
"The coast is clear, it appears that none of our other incarnations will be making an appearance today, just you, Emilie and myself."
For a tense moment, Emilie half expected to hear the sound of birds and wake up somewhere else. She didn’t, so maybe this was not a dream.
Probably.
Not that worrying about it would matter too much, but that was fear for you. Illogical at the best of times and surging up right when you needed it the least.
“So we just shut down the space station and that’s that?”

The Doctor paused for a moment on Emilie's thought. He looked to the Eleven. "What do you think?"
Shutting down the station seemed to be too easy, but hopefully it would discourage any other instances from various points in the Doctor's Time Line for a return to this place.
"Although, the information we have uncovered is quite extraordinary. I wonder if we can see if these files have reached other parts of the Universe. This kind of thing is right up the Rani's alley."
