The Time Lord's thought they were being clever when they sentenced Araste to a 'merciful exile' as a human in a parallel universe, but all they did was light a slow burning fuse. The unfortunateness of her insanity has not stopped Arraste from ensuring her safe return to her 'proper' universe, no matter how impossible it is meant to be.
Between the Seventh Ennead reaching out through a growing mental connection to Emilie Gunnar and two other anchors, and the Eighth working to preserve his personal timeline, hell will be crossed. And you'd best keep a sharp eye out, because the Ennead is not returning alone.
The Timeline So Far:
* Ennead VI helps create the Chameleon Arch and is the test subject of the imperfect product, soon finding it impossible to keep all of her past and future memories in the correct order. She creates three pendants (information on them in her profile) as insurance, keying them to herself before scattering through the Time Vortex just before she was induced to regenerate.
*When regeneration fails to *fix* her, Arastemakatarnih is arched once more and given the identity 'Arielle Evala' before being left in The Town With No Hope. There she meets the Third Doctor and Jo Grant, helping them along the way before she is discovered by that Earth's version of Torchwood.
*Private Rites of Magic
-A decade later finally sees a change in Arielle's life with the introduction of Peter Alan Tyler and an actual tangible threat for humanity in the form of the cybermen. She becomes a scientific advisor instead of a long term suspect, and helps create the dimension hoppers.
*The Bradbury Method
-A trip to the Library of Alexandria leads the Doctor and Emilie to more than just papyrus scrolls and codexes. Emilie inadverdently picks up the Ennead's primary focus.
*While the pendant affects Emilie Gunnar slowly throughout the entire time she carries it, highlights so far would be:
Friendly Hijacking when the growing mental instability caused by the pendants grow so obvious the Doctor has no choice but to leave Emilie behind on Earth in hopes she recovers.
*~Message in a Bottle~
A freshly de-arched Araste decides to warn Rose of her plans when she senses a Time Lord presence in her current universe. A warning which soon ends up changing into an open invitation to tag along.

That's fairly easy. The holders of the three pendants are, tentatively, Emilie Gunnar, Jack Harkness, and Sarah Jane Smith. This IS Torchwood Jack though, as a heads up. Definitely post Exit Wounds, but I'm not sure if it will be pre or Post CoE.
So anyone who might interact with these three can work to try and stop the Ennead, Rose, and Metacrisis from crossing back into our universe.
Or, conversely, help. But you know, there's still that possibility about all of creation collapsing.
Just about anyone can also interact with the Eighth Ennead in order to help or detain him from achieving his goal.
The only side that is harder to interact with is the Seventh Ennead, Rose, and MetaCrisis while they are still in Pete's Universe. That would be limited to those who possess the ability to cross dimensions (without risking chaos, destruction, and mayhem).
