I didn't even realize we hadn't had one of these yet.
Let's compile some notes and stuff. Needs some tweaking, for my sanity's sake.
These were the two main plot points:
-Face off with the Celestial Toymaker -Save Rallon and Millennia
Since then, we have added several awesome subplots. And I think that's added to the posts greatly, I don't want them cut, but some of the posts in this thread are getting way way way way too long.
I don't know about you guys, but I'm starting to hate when my turn comes up. I don't want to hate it. We just need to consolidate a bit. When you're micromanaging 10-12 characters, you need to cut back a little bit.

Yeah I agree, I was a little stumped for a while hence the hold up and I really apologise for that.
Do you think that we could maybe cut back on replying to one another in our posts, as in copy pasting comments etc unless they drive the plot along.
Maybe we can start with that, if it makes any sense.

I don't have overmuch to contribute to this thread other than hello
I gather that the idea is to use block computation to save Millennia? Given that's a great deux ex machina in Who, I don't see a problem with it, although as I have spoken privately with the Saxon Master, I DO want to keep the same face claim, so no drastic changes, okay guys?
That being said... is there anyway to get some action to where I am? I mean, there's the new Observer/Toymaker, a playroom that could be set up to look like anything you could dream up....
I don't know. I'm still lost on how we're saving poor Rallon. Do we know what points this time loop rotates around? Am I still on Dymok I think it was or elsewhere now?

Oh dear. I do hope I'm not causing a bit of this Stress guys.
Have to admit, we could pick up the pace, if you guys feel like we need to. Personally I don't think like I've had much trouble posting there as the Master, but maybe that's just me. But yeah, I'm adaptable, so if you guys feel like things need to get sped up that's fine.
As for getting Millennia something to do...Hrm...Unless one of us is already or planning on NPC-ing the Toymaker, I'm not sure. Personally I'm participating to enjoy the ride wherever it may take us. (Because honestly, if all my threads involved me playing the head honcho behind all the conflict that happened in said threads, I would grow bored very easily. Let someone else play an enemy to both the Doctor and the Master and everyone else every now and then, lol)
But yeah, what do you guys hink?

So, I'm torn on this thread. I love the Deca interaction. But yeah, it's draining. And I'm only juggling three characters. Also, I do want to see us get to the main plot.
So, clearly, attacking Utopia has to go. We could either play out the Doctor shouting at the Meddler about what he's planning, or simply skip to the Toyroom and let one of us describe that moment in passing.
I do love the interpersonal interaction, though. I'd hate to see that go. So, mmy thought is that everyone should clearly wrap up a post in a way that helps move the plot along. And anyone can feel free to skip responding to a "personal moment" at any time. Like Ebony Master's odd little flirtation with the Rani, or the Meddler and the Master bickering about Millennia's proposed new measurements.
As far as Millennia goes, I'd figured that the "cosmetic enhancements" were being played for laughs. Also, clearly, we need to get you into the game (so to speak) sooner rather than later.
And no, Master, I don't think you're causing any of this stress. Don't worry about that. But you do raise a good point: who is going to play the Toymaker?

Between Vansell, Jelpax, The Doctor and The War Chief, my plate's a bit full.

My favorite villain is: ...I prefer "Byronic antihero", if you please.

Let someone else play an enemy to both the Doctor and the Master and everyone else every now and then *raises hand just a bit too enthusiastically* Someone needs an NPCed Toymaker? Gimme a few days to catch up on all the canon (ALL the canon! ;D ) and I'm totally in! If you'll have me, that is. I promise to keep the fanwank to a minimum and be on my very worst behaviour! Never got to be Time's Champion, but I suppose I can settle for a Guardian of Time!

I'm cool with that.
By all means Valeyard, go ahead and NPC the Toymaker if you wish. I've been wanting for a chance to RP with you.

The banter about the enhancements has been hilarious, don't get me wrong. ^_^ But yes, I would like to jump in feet first instead of testing the water and watching for ripples, as it were.
Valeyard! It would be fantastic to have a Toymaker on board.

If you guys think it might help freshen things up, I'd be happy to have Berenyi and/or Iris Wildthyme (Lilith) pop in - just let me know.
*hugs*

It's my turn, I plan to post today.
Milli, I would reevaluate your rule about waiting till this story is over.
