That's what I meant, yes, RPing as the Corsair with the Paternoster gang.

I, too, have no preference on which Master joins us w/ the Paternoster Gang. Any one would be awesome. So, to clear things up - one thread will include: the Paternoster Gang, the Corsair, the Valeyard, the Master and a cameo by River Song. The other thread will feature Jackson Lake and the Master - perhaps you may wish to start a fresh plotting thread for this one to avoid confusion? *hugs*

Everyone's favorite large ham Jackson Lake has no preference o his Master. He'll be familiar with them anyway x'D Those darned infostamps. He probably has a few lying around too.

Perhaps I will. But it might be simpler here. Omega and I tend to skype a lot so we can discuss a lot of stuff if need be, but if anyone else wishes to join Jackson Lake, I wouldn't mind having them comment on it here.
Truth is, I'm not sure entirely myself WHICH Masters each group should get a chance to meet. Or which of the three parts of their plans they each get to be involved with X'D
Also. Interesting side note I discovered. Apparently Sherlock Holmes, Watson, Moriarty, and a lot of other Victorian Literature characters were all real people in Doctor Who canon (Much like Santa Clause), and even the Master got to meet a huuuuuuuuuuuuge number of the Victorian Villains. To quote the page I found out about the Master meeting Victorian villains:
"The villains shown include (in order) Captain Nemo, Robur the Conqueror, the Phantom of the Opera, Dr Moreau, Count Dracula, Fu Manchu, the Invisible Man, Captain Hook, Shere Khan, Mr Hyde, A.J. Raffles the gentlemen thief and Dr Moriarty. Long John Silver and Hook's first mate Smee are mentioned as being members."
Holmes and Watson apparently got to meet and have an adventure with 7th Doctor.
Side notes I thought I'd share with everyone. Heck if need be, maybe a few of such characters will make appearances...And maybe a few references to some Victorian Literature characters may appear as well. Erm...That is, of course, if nobody minds that is. Even then, I'll try to keep it under control so that things don't get too confusing for everyone in the threads. (Amy you asked for the original thread to be split up into 2 because of the number of interested characters to begin with, so I'll be doing what I can to try and not make everything too confusing)
I'll be having to keep a close watch on both threads, as some events from one thread may coincide or be referenced in the other...As in the end, all three of these different Masters' schemes will converge to one point. Same time there may be small time skips...if nobody minds doing so. Kinda to be used to help me keep better track of things if need be. (And because there are quite a few time skips in Victorian Literature anyways. Seriously, victorian plots seem to have this theme of not getting all the problems solved in two days' time, and since a few earlier Doctor Who plots, such as Terror of the Autons, actually took place in the span of one week or so, thought it would be something nice to add)
That being said and all. Any other questions or concerns to be raised before we get started?

Oddly enough the comic was about the Master fighting against Moriarty and those figures from that quote I gave.

Heh...I totally have a fanfic somewhere where it's implied that the Rani in a human form married (or at least had a fling with) Dr. Moreau. ;D
Anyhoos - aye, sounds good! I'm thinking the Valeyard probably /won't/ show up for this party, 'coz I'm chock-a-block at the moment as it is. Besides, Vastra ate him! ;P Will keep an eye out for when the ball gets rolling, and assuming we're having a posting order, I'll follow Vastra and Jenny.

So I see you (Vastra and Jenny) have decided you don't want/need a Strax any more in our one? Can I just clarify that before I take it off my bookmarks and stop planning?

I'd like to have you if you have time to do this one... maybe Strax and Corsair can bump (literally) into each other in that pub in Glasgow? That way I have a plausible entry point in the story too.

Well, thank ye muchly, Corsair! Heheh...if I ever find a chance to get that Linius thing kicked off, we're going to be making a bit of a habit of bumping into each other in pubs, aren't we? I'm not too sure how we'd get mixed in with all the stuff going on down in London, though - we'd probably just end up drinking a bit, brawling a bit and knocking each other unconscious! Shall we see what Vastra, Jenny and the Master have to say?

Sure. And hey, if the Doctor has a habit of meeting people in life risking situations why can't the Corsair meet them in pubs, it's more fun I thought something along the lines of the Corsair picking up the anomaly in London 1891, tries to land there, her TARDIS (still lacking pieces and being moody) lands her in Glasgow instead, she heads for the pub after trying to take off again without success, meets Strax, brawl, chat, 'oh, so that London thing, we might go and take a look together then'. Would that work?

I had expected Strax to post after Jenny, TBH. I've no idea why Vastra didn't wait for him before posting again... I've also no idea why she placed Strax anywhere, because YOU are to be writing for him...
If you'd like Vastra to edit her post, please say so! <3

I'd like Strax to stay. Say he's not really in Glasgow...Possibly brawling with the Asian Populace in East London? Possibly going after our mysterious "Dragon" Warlord? Hmmm?~
