Melanie Bush, commonly referred to as 'Mel' is a computer programmer from the 20th century. She was a companion of the Sixth and Seventh Doctor, the former whose relationship with her was not temporally linear. When she eventually left the TARDIS, Mel joined Sabalom Glitz as a part of the Nosferatu II's crew. PROFILE // TRACKERPLOT IDEAS
- Falling into dangerous situations!
- Learning about more advanced/alien technology!
- Traveling with Sabalom Glitz and his crew!
- Making new friends and catching up with old ones!
- Meeting incarnations of the Doctor she isn't familiar with!
- Adventures with the Sixth and Seventh Doctors too!
- Absolutely anything to do with her alternate 'He Jests at Scars' verse!!
- Evil!Mel - I would absolutely love her to travel with the Valeyard in an alternate timeline!

Ohh, yay! For the record, I absolutely adore Sabalom Glitz -- he's rather endearing, I think. If we could get someone to take him on as an NPC, I would so want in on that! I'm not sure who I'd offer, but I have a few good options -- I'm currently running: Amy Pond-Williams, River Song (and in timeline appropriate threads, her younger self, Mels), Clara Oswald (and her Echoes), Iris Wildthyme, Jilly Kitzinger (who, on this site, is an incarnation of the lesser-known Time Lady, Berenyi), Susan Foreman, Romana, Victoria Waterfield, and my OC -- an alien mermaid princess called Syrinx. I've posted a few plot ideas just a little earlier, and if any of those strike your fancy, do let me know! The 'Jests at Scars' and your Evil!Mel would fit perfectly within our Multiverse board -- and both would be awesome to have going on!

Ahh! I would love for Mel to meet Susan somehow, I'm just not sure how! Does Susan have a method of traveling between times? Maybe she could end up in the 20th century and run into Mel! It'd be fun for Mel to learn that the Doctor has a granddaughter!

That could totally work! Susan eventually gained a TARDIS, so she can go wherever we need her to, in order to run into Mel.
Now, we've got some options:
Susan II (Anne Hathaway) was at Cambridge with Emilie, Barbara and Ian for a while... and just before that she finished up at the Time Lord Academy as her second-self.
Susan III (Kellie Martin) was a rural school teacher circa 1912.
Susan IV (Danielle Campbell) I have yet to explore...

I'd like to go with Susan IV since it could help you build her character! Hmm, where should she run into Mel in the 20th century? I'm thinking a library - a computer lab to be exact! Unless of course you have any other ideas!

That sounds great!
How does present day (roughly equal to "now", ie: early 2019) sound to you? And, would Mel be at work within that computer lab as an employee?

If we want to go with the 2019 route, maybe the Doctor dropped her off to make a quick errand that he didn't want her to be a part of. Could be because of a petty fight they had, haha. Then Mel gets bored and starts poking around in the library's files.
Maybe she even finds something that doesn't seem right. Susan might have gone to the library because of that anomaly, too, and the two can team up from there!

Hi, there! I was wondering if you might be interested in a thread, with your evil Mel, and this fine fellow, here: whoniverserp.proboards.com/threads/recent/4839 The Father is an Axis/AU character that I made a while ago, who I've yet to play with, and I think that the dynamic between these two could be interesting.

Hi! The Father seems like an interesting character for sure, but pretty complex. Could you perhaps give me a short summary of what he's like and what he's currently up to? I have a poor attention span when it comes to reading anything lengthy! And any plot ideas? I love that you picked David Bowie as a face claim!

I offer up Denovia, a Faction Paradox OC - she is available from any 'time' into the 8th Doctor's timeline before he eradicated the Faction in the anchor/canon timeline or in the Mulitiverse. Denovia is kind of a flippant anti-villain type, she doesn't see what she does as wrong or bad, but liberating. She has a chip on her shoulder against Time Lords (she used to be one, before her prior existence was undone by the paradox virus and was recruited to the Faction) and a blatant disregard for the Laws of Time. She is motivated mostly by vested self-interest and trying to recruit members to the Faction by trying to show how the stranglehold the Time Lords have on reality is limiting, especially to what they consider to be 'lesser species.'

Hi there! I must admit I am not at all familiar with the Faction Paradox (my Who knowledge is limited to primarily the TV series) but Denovia sounds interesting! Do you have any specific plots in mind? And would you prefer canon Mel or evil!Mel? I'm personally leaning towards evil!Mel

Faction Paradox were from some of the more obscure 8th Doctor books, athey later became their own thing. If you wanted evil!Mel we could do something in the Multiverse, perhaps? Did you want to do a team up or in opposition? Or a bit of both?
