First Incarnation
The House of the Skull - As a young man, in the Academy, the Meddler still had an obsessive interest in the workings of Time. What a pity, then, that he didn't have the knowledge to back it up...
The Daemon Host - Ancient Egypt could use electricity, don't you think? What a pity that it has brought Earth to some unwelcome attention...
Time Has Been Transformed - Not long after the events of "The Chase", the Meddler is rewriting the future history of Earth when his work is interrupted. Not by the Time Lords, but by a time-lost woman claiming to be his future wife.
Second Incarnation
The Pillars of Heaven - History is changing. The Middle Kingdom is winning the Boxer Rebellion, thanks to the intervention of the 108 Immortals and their marvelous powers of kung-fu, and the Time Lords want it stopped
To Spring an Assassin - Serving involuntarily as a pawn of the Celestial Intervention Agency, the Meddler must keep an assassin alive while dealing with two unexpected complications.
Third Incarnation
Time Team - Monks. Women in leather cat suits. And an annoying, manipulative bureaucrat.
The Sword is the Axis of the World - When the Faction Paradox and the War Lords obtain access to the Axis - the prison in which the Time Lords contain fragmentary and highly dangerous timelines that could have happened - the High Council calls upon the services of the Doctor and the Meddler to end the threat. Grudgingly, the two agree.
The Initiation Ceremony - In which the Meddler, the Hunter, and Kyra travel into Gallifrey's past to learn the secrets of what actually happened at their Initiation. (Somewhat invalidated by current Board plots.)
Time is the Father of Truth - The Meddler, bearing evidence of the High Council's interference with his Initiation, seeks the aid of the Specialist. A promise is made which will have staggering implications in centuries to come.
The Year of Ghosts - Chuck DeMelier is a content man, running a small business and sharing his live with his wife of 30 years. It's been a tough life at times, but a good one. But now ghosts are haunting the whole world, and a mysterious voice from his past is calling his name.
The Return of the Rani - Visiting London with his human wife, the Meddler becomes embroiled in the schemes of a woman who is not quite as dead as was previously reported.
Fourth Incarnation
Primeval: Prey - Temporal anomalies threaten the safety of Earth, and UNIT has called on the Doctor for assistance. But is he truly what he seems?
The Master Chase - The "Doctor" and his
Intercession - Just... seriously. What is it with Time Lords and attempted vacations?
Primeval - The Meddler, believing himself to be the last of the Time Lords, masquerades as the Doctor to assist UNIT with a dinosaur problem. Also, he learns he is not the last...
At the Mountains of Madness - A trip to the Antarctic brings the Meddler face to face with the Doctor, a Doctor River Song (who is not this mysterious Dreamweaver he met once, lives ago), and ancient horrors out of the prehuman past of Earth.
Specters - The Meddler accepts a role as the Scientific Advisor on the SPECTERS program, reverse-engineering cybertechnology to make supersoldiers.
The Invisible Army - Hurled off course by a temporal storm, the Meddler and Sarah Jane Smith crash-land on the jungle world Spirodon. Mistaken for representatives of a grant review board, they are swiftly drawn into a web of danger.
It's better than playing the blues - The story begins with the Meddler inviting Adagio out to coffee, and ends with the retrocausal annihilation of the Earth.
Got To Be Some Changes Made - In the wake of "It's better than playing the blues", the Meddler and Adagio attempt to restore the Earth to its rightful place.
Unexpected New Beginnings - A chance encounter on the streets of Cardiff brings the Meddler face to face with his goddaughter, the half-Sidhe half-Chameleon Arched Time Lord Sisilaya.
A Good Man goes to War - The Meddler DJs a rave on Demon's Run.
Touched by an Angel - The Meddler comes to the aid of one Sarah Jane Smith, a woman he considers a friend, when the Weeping Angels invade England. Also, a simple misunderstanding leads to significant future consequences.
Malleus Maleficarum - Kidnapping Joan of Arc to confront the author of the Malleus Maleficarum is probably a bad idea, no matter whether she agreed or no.
The Keys of Time - An unfortunate side trip into an alternate universe leads the Meddler and Sisilaya into a series of unusual encounters. An important lesson about not leaping to conclusions is learned.
Come Away Oh Human Child - The Good Neighbors are singing songs about Jack the Undying, and the Meddler discusses theology.
But I Have Promises To Keep - A promise from centuries past leads to a rescue and an escape from the Time War, a TARDIS free to explore life as a postmortal, three feet of steel in an inconvenient location, and conflicted emotions.
Catching Up On Old Times - Having rescued the Specialist from the Time War, the two get reacquainted.
C-Box Saturday Soap Opera - Questions are asked and answered, feelings are revealed, and emotions are further conflicted.
A Midsummer Night's Dream II - The Meddler's misunderstandings lead to passionate love and hate, and to quotations of Shakespeare.
Foul And Most Unnatural Murder - An attempt at a romantic afternoon in Paris is disrupted by charges of murder. Family is reunited.
The Grim Reaper's Got Nothing On Me - Quite some time ago, the Meddler offered to help Owen Harper out with his little 'living dead' problem. With both the Specialist and the Dreamweaver attending to other matters, it seems like a perfect time to keep that promise...
All Together Now - The Specialist attempts to call a gathering of all the surviving Time Lords. Secrets are revealed, and plans come to fruition.
And They Bravely Ran Away, Away - The Meddler makes a decision he has long deferred. Love is gained and lost, new enemies are revealed, and Atlantis bears witness to a momentous decision.
Torchwood 1938: Let Us Build Us A City - In which the Meddler, once again under the influence of the Chameleon Arch, finds himself in the employ of Torchwood in a world on the brink of war.
Torchwood 1944: The New Lords of Time - Nazis and Time Lords force the man Robert Goodall to embrace a being out of his nightmares - the mysterious entity known as the Meddler.
Family Reunions - The Meddler visits his human "parents" and the Dreamweaver meets her unknown sister.
New Lords of Time: The Book of the Dead - A simple trip to a Library to enlist the aid of River Song proves problematic.
NLoT: The Same River - In the wake of the events of the Book of the Dead, the Doctor and the Meddler concoct a scheme of utter madness as a way to restore River Song to life. They will invade Gallifrey.
The Wedding of the Phantom - The Grandfather Paradox, for reasons that utterly escape him, is asked to officiate at a wedding between two Time Lords. Chaos ensues, and it is not his fault. For a change.
New Worlds - The Meddler assists the Doctor with minor repairs to the TARDIS, and introduces his family.
Bang Out - The Meddler and the Dreamweaver spend an evening getting very close and very physical. A wedding is proposed.
The Family Revelation - "We are the Lords of Time. We hung the Framework of Causality and Anchored the Threads of History. Time is our Birthright and our Duty. Time is our Destiny and our Fate. Time is ours."
Mondas Karas Kimishita - The Meddler has had severe anger management issues over the Cybermen, ever since the end of the War. So, when he finds them in 21st century Japan, he reacts poorly.
Hope That Someone Gets My... - A voice from the past, seemingly from beyond the grave itself, reunites the Deca on a quixotic quest to rescue two of their own from the Celestial Toyroom.
Between the Future and the Past - An elaborate scheme to obtain a priceless anniversary gift for the Dreamweaver does not quite go according to plan.
The Keeper of Night - His children are grown and off living their own lives. The Dreamweaver, seeking to build an identity as something more than just "the Meddler's wife", has taken a TARDIS of her own and begun exploring other universes. And the Meddler, while visiting New York's Hayden Planetarium, finds himself embroiled in a temporal shadow war.
Fifth Incarnation
The Keeper of Night (Continued) - The Meddler, having been killed in Mbalabala, Zimbabwe in the 72nd century, has found a new purpose. He very much wants to know why he was killed, and who would go to such lengths to bury their actions.
No More Lies - Reunions. Faces out of the past.
Shadows of the Daleks - The Library, home to the greatest concentration of vashta nerada in the galaxy and haunted by the data-ghosts of two women important to the Doctor, has become a place of solitude and refuge for the Meddler. Until it is invaded by the Daleks.
Journey to the TARDIS Graveyard - Crossing paths with the Master and Rallon once more, the Meddler is caught up in a journey beyond the limits of ordinary space and time.
Lost in Our Vices - Being stuck in the 28th century on Earth is, in and of itself, a trial. But being stuck in that benighted era, while manacled to a cocky revolutionary double agent? That is the very definition of agony.
La Femme Noyée - As the Grandfather Paradox, the Meddler is functionally invisible to and untouchable by telepathy. So how is it that he is receiving distress cries from his wife? And how is that a woman dead for more than five centuries is contacting him?
Sixth Incarnation
Prayers to Broken Stone - The Meddler has lost everything. His ship, his tools, hos sombra y corta, and even his memories. Now marooned on an Earth where History has taken a terrible divergence, he must contend with mutant wasps, cannibal children, and Time Lord that brought it all to pass.
Steal Me A Story - Although history has been set back on the correct path (not a statement anyone would expect to hear from the Meddler...), 'Rob Goodfellow' is still marooned and unsure of his identity. But perhaps a certain book in the Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana holds the key.
Last Incarnation (Possibly)
La Femme Noyée - Everything the Meddler has ever done has been for the long-term benefit of the species of the Spiral Politic. But now, seeking to undo a War that slew a quarter of the Spiral Politic, the Meddler must take a step he never thought would become necessary. He must kill his wife, before she becomes the Nightmare Child.
